Home automation

At ActiVate, we believe in making things simple for our clients. That’s why our home automation systems go much further than a simple universal remote and smart lighting.

Our systems are built around AMX or Crestron control systems. This provides our clients with complete control over all consumer electronics and all integrated systems.

HDMI distribution

Modern cinema systems are synonymous with high-definition visuals. For many projects this means addressing the challenges that come with HDMI.

While HDMI is the standard for interfacing high-definition equipment, it wasn’t developed with multi-room distribution in mind. This led Crestron to develop Digital Media, the first complete video distribution system designed specifically for HDMI. Digital Media allows any mix of AV sources to be distributed to any room from a centralised rack.

Using Digital Media we can create a system that makes all your media available when you want and where you want it.

Data/Telecoms
